So you'll participate in those rounds, and as soon as the rank of your's is fit enough to get a seat at IIT, Your JoSAA would reflect that you have alotted a particular IIT and a particular branch.

Are you kidding! 9000 rank in JEE ADVANCED , and you are aiming for CS in IIT's. Forget it you aren't going to get it at least not in the good IIT's which are few years old. I am not talking about th recently opened IIT's which have no placement
