The university has not officially announced the data regarding the offers amde during the 2022 placement drive. However, in the previous placement drive, around 70 placement offers were made, along with many international offers and the figures always increase in every placement drive.

The highest package offered at IIT Jammu is around 40 LPA. The top companies that participate during the IIT Jammu placement drive are Forbes Marshell, Amazon, Arista Networks, Healthyfyme, OYO, L&T Infotech, Eagle View, Chegg India, JBM etc.

The lowest salary offered at IIT Jammu during the previous year placement drive was around 12 LPA per annum.

IIT Jammu provide six specializations for Btech programme namely computer science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and material engineering.
