there is no specified btech marks needed to appear in post graduate entrance exam of IIIT hyderabad. B.E./B.Tect (any branch including CSE/ECE/EEE/Civil/ Biotechnology) can apply for Mtech program. there is some facts which they consider for shortlisting candidates along with the entrance test score is
Good-quality research publications
Participation in research-oriented projects
Work experience in R&D labs
Work experience in industry
if you have any one of the mentioned criteria like you have done a research based project in btech curriculum or have certain work experience then it will be your plus point.

Round 1 in CS for IIT HYDERABAD in JEE MAINS is 280 and the rank is around 400.
Till the last round cutoff goes up-to 257 equivalent to an AIR rank of 1000.
Electronics and Communication last round cutoff goes up-to 210 marks ie up-to around 5000 rank.
The overall IIT HYDERBABAD ALL BRANCH cutoff goes up-to approx 195 marks and 7000-8000 rank.

IISc Bangalore, on any day. IISc is the best institute for research in India and both the topics you have mentioned are fall under the cap of research. IISC is even better than IIT-Bombay let alone IIIT-Hyderabad. IISC is a research centric institution and you'll see research going there up close. AI and ML are the hot topics in research in the field of computer science today and if you are given a choice between IISc bangalore and IIIT Hyderabad, go for the IISc.
