Yes IIIT Hyderabad is basically famous for it's computer science branch and some how it's quite difficult as well but if you will study hard you will get the admission.
So my suggestion is go for IIIT Hyderabad first choice then dtu .

Both of the institute are far better than many of MHRD institutes. But to chose among two, the best would be IIIT -Hyderabad. It is one of the best institutes for CSE with many advanced subjects AI and ML. The course deaign is very advanced and even better than top IITs.
So it is advicable to join IIIT-H if you have chances.

IIIT Hyderabad is undoubtedly one of the best institute in India if you'll see it's labs and equipment you'll find that they are world class and the most important thing is that the college changes its whole academics as per the market demand and so sooner it will be in India's no 1 college in cse. DTU is also very good but when compared with iiit then DTU can't win even in placements.
