Considering 9.1 % girls as per last year data it should be atleast 450 female candidates. Total super numery seats as per JOASSA matrix for core branches in main IIT's is approximately 245 . So best idea about your what branch you will be getting is reduce 300 in your

Hii kushagra,
At this rank and by last year statistics you can get engineering physics at IIT guwahati and IIT(ISM) dhanbad.
You can also get integrated M.Sc. in physics at IIT Kanpur.
Other good options are also available.

Hii ayesha,
I don't think any separate list for girls will be released. However total 800 seats are reserved only for girl candidates and 11.45% of total candidates are girl candidates.
So you can calculate your chances accordingly.

Of course you can get admission in top iits with not good branches(like CSE, ME,EE,ECE,CE) in top iits you can get mining, metallurgy, biotechnology,BS Courses in Physics,Chemistry, Maths.
In lower iits most probably yoh can get good branch.
