Hii Shubham....If you have not given Jee Advanced then you will not be allowed to sit in Admission counselling for IITs. Ofcourse you can go for Admission in NIT's and IIIT's depending on your Jee Main rank. Even you apply to some other universities which take admission through Jee main.

The minimum aggregate marks required to qualify JEE Advanced in OBC-NCL category is 114.
