If I have cleared jee advance and getting lower branch in IIT. Can I fill my choice CS or IT for any NIT or triple iiit?

It depends on your JEE Main rank. Also, counselling process is over now. So, If you have already been allotted a seat in IIT, don't refuse it. IIT is anytime better institute to join than NIT/IIIT ; irrespective of the branch. Good luck!
