Every one who qualifies the cut off for JEE Mains is eligible for JOSAA Counselling however It is suggested you go through the list of colleges you want to apply in and make your own preference list. for example It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/OBC category is lower than the general category CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced. It should be noted the cut off for OBC/ EWS/ SC/ ST category is lower than the general category

No, you will not be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2022 even if you have qualified JEE Main 2022. This is because a candidate is eligible to appear for JEE Advanced for two consecutive year from the year of passing in the qualifying examination that is 10+2. As you have passed 10+2 in the year 2020 you were eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2020 and you are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2021. You aren't eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. But you are eligible to appear for JEE Main 2022. A candidate can appear for JEE Main for three consecutive years from the year of passing in the qualifying examination that is 10+2. As you have passed 10+2 in the year 2020 you are eligible to appear for JEE Main 2020, JEE Main 2021 and JEE Main 2022.
