Yes you can definately do that as prep courses are available for dual degree also. I've checked the IIT madras page they also mentioned that at  the end of your course if you are selected then you will be given a seat based on the vacany in dual

First you must complete you prep course and upon clearing it if seats are available in the B.tech you wish or dual degree you would want a seat in, It will be given to you. In short yes you can do prep course for dual degree

I just finished my Certificate Verification for IIT. Should we go for verification after every round or is the first time enough?

Hey Student !
Certificate Verification procedure is required for just one time itself. There's no need to verify the documents every time after each and every Round.
Henceforth, you can take admission in the alloted college and wait to see if the upgradation lies in your favour or not.

Hi Dipesh,

I am assuming that you have taken JEE MAINS first time in 2019, you can definitely give JEE Mains next year and JEE Advanced also as anyone can take JEE Advanced for two consecutive years and JEE Mains for 3 consecutive years. You have some attempts left.

I gave exam of 12 board in 2019 but not clear if and I did not gave exam of either jee mains or advanced so may I give jee advanced in 2021

As you have not mentioned it clearly I'm taking it that you've not cleared 75% in your 12th class. So in that case cbse allows a student to take up improvement exam, just one time in the year just next to the year you attended your 12th class. Now

Regarding appearing in the JEE advanced, you are to appear for the exam twice and the attempt would be counted from the year you have given your X11 board exams.

So, reagrding your case, you have given your board in 2018, so you are allowed to give in 2109 and
