I get st rank in jee advance 1735 can i get good college and i get 85.5 in 12th

Priya Student Expert 27th Jun, 2019

Sorry friend , if you st rank is 1735 , I don't think you will get any IIT. Try for other colleges lile Rajiv Gandhi institute of petroleum etc, that takes admission from jee advanced scores.

Also you can scan through colleges based on your new mains rank

Sir, Is jee advance rank is used or jee mains rank is used for counselling of jee advance?

Sudeshna Paul 27th Jun, 2019

Jee Advance Rank is used completely for Jee Advance Counselling and 12th Marksheet is used for percentage verification (eligibility:75% and above) and 10 th marksheet is used for age verification.

Whereas Jee Mains Rank is used to get a seat in NIT's , IIIT's and several GFTI's.

All the best!
