Yes they do provide bicycles to its students to facilitate them in moving from one campus to another but you have to keep in mind that this is not provided to each student separately, there are few cycles present in the hostels of the NIT and you can take the permission from the warden and use them for your work and by end of the have to return it back to them.

If I were at your place, I would've chosen NIT SURAT because it has great placement opportunities afterwards.
