Hey!

You can attempt the exam again and there is nothing such mentioned that you cannot take admission in medical colleges if you have failed once or twice. Even, you can apply for NEET exam to get a good medical college in India for MBBS, once you pass 12th class.

Very first thing I would like to make you clear that there is no sectional cut-offs for NEET so if you score 150 marks only in Biology but 0 marks in other two subjects then also your overall result will be considered for 150 marks out of 720
