Your gate score is 727 in EE with this marks you have a low chance to gate PEPS.Last year cutoff for PEPS was around 745.you can also check here cutoff marks

Both Btech CSE and IMT CSE is good but let me tell you that in IMT you don't get different btech and mtech degrees but a single mtech degree,generally after 5 years.If we talk about the placement,then the placement for btech course is slightly more than mtech ones.Maybe

no they are not similar. Btech is bachelors in technology and is an undergraduate degree whereas Mtech is masters in technology and is a post graduate degree. Btech is of 4 years whereas Mtech is of 2 years. you go for btech by clearing your jee mains and advance whereas
