Yes there is a common entrance test for bpt in pgi Chandigarh. Any student with a minimum of 50% aggregate in physics, chemistry and biology in 10+2 is eligible to write the exam. Also, student should definitely be 17 years or above.
Entire course is of 4.6 years
For scholarship there are state portals as well as national portal ,state portal is https://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in for delhi and national portal is https://scholarships.gov.in here you can find no.of scholarship and for applying for them you have to enter your details and upload scanned images of your last year results and results

See with this score u will not be eligible to grab a seat in the LHMC to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. U should be going for some other govt college under state quota for ur MBBS career. I m
