Biology : 1-4 numericals and rest theoretical
Physics : 15-20 numericals and rest theoretical
Chemistry : 8-15 numericals and rest theoretical

Yes, you can attend the second counseling directly, but you cannot claim a seat already booked in first counseling by a candidate with rank lower than you.
