As far as I know ACT/SAT scores have little, most likely zero effect on your application. MCAT and college performance are much more pertinent. But good SATs show a consistent ability to perform at a high level.

Based on teh clsoing ranks of 2018 your cahnces are very less under state quota.

Last year the clsoing rank was 82802.
