It is next to impossible for a student with 24.4 percentile in JEE Mains with GEN PWD category and home state qouta to get admission into NIT Jamshedpur. As, NITs cutoff is very much higher than your score. At this much percentile your rank would be somewhere around

as per the cutoff at NIT Jamshedpur the chances for you to get admission there is less. However there are other NITs that you are eligible to secure a seat for admission, some of them are,
