Well first of all you got a decent rank in nimcet 2093 in general category which is an average rank. Well see vamsi there is no such formula nor there is any tool with which you can predict category rank fromgeneral rank. See only way is from the result itself,

                I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, Previous year cutoff for NIT, Surathkal is 175. But cutoff changes every year based on several factors but still he has good chances to get a seat in NIT Surathkal with 114 rank.
