The last date for NIMCET application form was 31st March and as of now there is no extension of dates regarding the form or the late fee.
The admit card would be available from 13th May to 24th May
NIMCET is scheduled on 26th May 2019.

No, there is no concept of late fee for NIMCET 2019, you only had to pay non-refundable Application Processing Fee of Rs. 2,200/- (for OPEN/OBC Category) and Rs. 1,100/-(for SC/ST/PwD Category) before the final submission of the online application form. The last date for submitting online application was March 31, 2019.

NIMCET is an entrance examination into MCA course conducted by Qualified students will be offered Admission in NIT's across India.The basic Eligibility criteria for the exam is the candidate should have completed BCA or BSC or BSC Hons or B.E from a recognised university with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% Academic Marks.
All tye the eligible students have to register in the official Website of NIMCET by creating a Username and password.The registration process has already started from February 16 ,2019 and is open upto April 6,2019.The exam is likely to be conducted in the month of May.
The exam is of 2 hours which consists of Multiple Choice Questions with Maths, Analytical Ability and logical reasoning, English and computer Awareness.It consists of 120 Questions.

Yes, you can definitely apply for NIMCET. NIMCET requires a minimum aggregate of 60% for general caste candidates, and you do fulfill that criteria. You can apply for NIMCET now itself,you just need to show them your pass certificate by 15th September, 2019.

According to the NIMCET Eligibility criteria, candidates belonging to the General and OBC category should have minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale and passing year of the candidate should not be later than September 2019.

Unless your Annual Income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs and you belong to General Category with nonreservation benefits whatsoever , you don't need any Caste Certificate. This is because General Catehory has no reservation benefits to claim and hence they needn't validate their General Category.
