Your NCERT Chemistry textbooks for Class XI and XII  is really good for jee mains,

you should go through the chapter well first and then go through  all the solved examples, intext questions and exercise questions .

Now , your whole chemistry is divided into three parts physical chemistry

If you are preparing fresh then I suggest you must first read the NCERT and the examples given in between. If you are not able to solve some example then move on and finish the chapter. Then Switch to HC VERMA, and complete the chapter there and all
