In Chemistry, Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry, Periodic Table and Representative elements take 3 questions slot. Thermodynamics and Gaseous state, Atomic structure, Chemical Bonding, Chemical and Iconic Equilibrium, Solid State and Surface Chemistry and Nuclear Chemistry and Environment get 2 questions slot each and the remaining get 1 question each.
See this is a question on which you get n number of different answers since one cannot predict such things. That basically depends on how sharp your memory power and understanding concepts speed is. It can take x days for someone then at the same time it can take 2x

Yes NCERT Biology is enough for getting good score like 320 + or more.
This is because almost 95% or more of the questions in NEET Biology are from the concepts of NCERT.
But yes only reading NCERT Biology is not going to help you in your examination

see it depends on the exam authority, if they decided that questions is too tough and the number of failure candidates is large than they may decided to give grace marks to all candidates, however it is not like every year grace marks is given for all subjects. you

For subjects like history old ncert is better but for subjects like geography, polity etc new NCERT is better as many things have changed now and new NCERT has updated information
