Actually more or less the ncert and icse telengana is quite same. But if I say precisely then ncert is far more better.
So it is better to choose ncert for your preparation. Some of the subjects are very good at it. Now its upto you make a good
For BiPC students NCERT subject books are more informative as they are far better than other books. They give you detailed information and it is very knowledgable. These books are enough for board exams also. They are known for their simplicity and they do not go much deep into

In Physics, Modern Physics take the top slot with 5 questions. Heat and Thermodynamics, Optics, Current Electricity, Elcetrostatics get 3 questions each. Magentics has 2 questions and the rest get 1 question each.
In Chemistry, Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry, Periodic Table and Representative elements take 3 questions slot.
The question seems incomplete as you haven't mentioned the exam. But I would like to tell that Yes, MTG NCERT at your fingerprints is one of the best books for all levels preparation. But along with this you must also read original NCERT textbooks for a better understanding.

No doubt mtg Neet NCERT at your fingertips is a very good book for handling the the all levels easy to hard MCQs. But from my personal view you always go through to the NCERT textbooks also .as there are many questions direct come line to line. hope
