If you are talking about NCERT books, then NCERT books are only available till 12th standard. BA is under graduate course, so you won't be getting any NCERT books for under graduation. You will have separate books from the college or recommendation books suggested by the college.

State board and NCERT textbooks are different as they serve different purposes. The state books are designed for state-level examinations and focus on the local syllabus, while NCERT textbooks are prepared by the National Council of Educational Research and Training, which is the standard across India and prepares students for national-level examinations.

However, the UP board follows the NCERT-based curriculum, so the books provided by the UP board and the NCERT books used in CBSE schools will have the same syllabus and topics. Still, you should cross-check the syllabus and compare it to avoid unnecessary circumstances.

NCERT physics is helpful in many of the entrance exam for undergraduation . But I will tell you to take the help of reference book also because NCERT of physics is a little bit tough. SL arora is one of the best book that will cover all topics you need to know . It has also got some last year questions of AIMS, NEET and other medical entrance exams. So go through that as there is not enough time left. Make sure to revise your topics regular .
