There are total around 3000 MBBS seats and around 1100 seats for BDS in telangana. After All india quota counselling, state level counselling is started and only the candidates whose names are there in the state merit rank list are called for the counselling. To know more, visit here:

I think there are chances to get a seat in second round of counselling as there would be some exchanges after first round.
But we can not be sure as sometimes there would be no changes after the first counselling.

Candidates who have provided their willingness for up-gradation at the time of admission during Round-1 & want to continue in Round-1 allotted college/institute need not fill any choices during Round-2, in that case his earlier seat of round 1 will be retained. Yes you can register for the second round of UP NEET counselling 2020. Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) has started the registrations for NEET 2020 counselling round 2 at mcc.nic.in. The registration has began today and you can register till 23rd November 2020. The postponement of NEET counselling second round was done due to seats reserved for IP quota is being added in seat matrix.
At the time of registration whichever bank account you have given, your fee will be refunded to the bank account you issued. This will only happen if no institution had been assigned to you before the last rounds of AIQ counselling. Your fee will not be refunded if you have been assigned a college in the Second Round and have not entered.

Yes you can. But you need not make a fresh registration for that purpose. You can just login using the credentials of first round and fill choices for deemed universities. You can apply for the Deemed Universities by paying Rs.2,05,000 as a refundable/adjustable amount if you take a seat. And if you are getting seat, then you cannot leave it until you get your security amount refunded. The no.of choices you can fill is also not limited, so you can make as many choices you want.
You can also participate in the mop up round for deemed/central universities. But you have to make a fresh registration for the mop up round.

Registration for the third or mop-up round, will start on December 10. Result of the mop-up round will be announced on December 17 and selected candidates will have to take admission from December 18 to 26.
