National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET 2020 result, in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in. The date of releasing the NEET UG result will be announced after the conduction of the exam. The dates are not yet announced by the officials. Candidates will be notified soon after the declaration

As far as i know there isn't any correction in the answer key published by NTA. If there is a correction, NTA will give a notification and it might not consider that question or can give marks to that question if the answer is correct.
