Yes, absolutely. You are eligible for the CEPTAM exam. In the official website for CEPTAM, it is given that Candidates must have read the required subject at least for 2 years in the course of B.Sc. programme. So, you are eligible for the exam.

As per your score in 12th boards exam you can apply for B.sc collges. It is not posible to get admission in engineering as you haven't given JEE mains but you can get admission if you given a state engineering entrance exam respectively.
