They have good overall ratings. Placement record is inconsistent (changes according to the batch), but still they have nice placement records. 18 Lakhs per annum is the the highest placement offered and 3.5 lakhs per annum is the lowest package offered. You will experience a fantastic campus life with nice infrastructure. Well qualified teaching faculties with doctorate and PhD's. Top recruiting companies are TATA steel and JINDAL steel. Hello sreenivasaraoganji , From some research on internet about jntu kalikiri electronic and communication engineering placements I found that there placements % are good but the placement package is not too good because its highest package was 5 lakh per annum and average package was 3.5 lakh so it is good to have 3.5 average with 5 highest but not too much good package.

Hello sreenivasaraoganji , From some research on internet about jntu pulivendula EEE placements I found that there placements are low because there highest package was approx. 3-4 lakh per annum only. So it is not much good package for highest package.

for learning ECE, NIT trichy will be best learning campus. you can also choose NIT kharagpur. Both the campus held many techfest over the year to learn and teach skills from different branch.
Placement is 100% and if your skills is best then you can receive top package.
In terms of package, NIT calicut is 1st conquering 50 lpa package.
when you join NIT there is 100% surety regarding placement. it would be better to choose best option for learning and grow skills and create a new record.

A rank of 22317 is a bit low of a rank within the obc category. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score.
However, since you belong to the OBC category, the chances of you getting into some very well reputed universities are a bit on the higher side. But the computer science engineering is a course that is very high in demand and hence a lot of competition. This would mean the rank required for getting into such good universities become a bit more tougher with this score. I would advise to apply for other universities as well.
