Sorry to say but Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) don't offer any undergraduate program in the field of Psychology to students. The IITS only have phd program that can be pursued by the students.

No there are no PGD program in social Psychology offered by any college in India. You may get PGD program in Clinical Psychology, Counselling and Guidance, Psychiatric Medicine etc but not in social Psychology.
