With 304 marks it's quite tough to secure GMC through AIQ or state quota if we go though previous year cut-offs, as cut-offs are on higher side, also Delhi and UP, both state have pretty high cut-offs respectively which you can check out at the link provided below-

At about 94.6 percentile you will get a rank of about 55k in jee mains so in general category it is quite difficult(50k cutoff) to get a seat in nit kkr but you told that you have obc advantage as well so you might get seat in lesser preferred branches
