The fee structure for B.E. (Bachelor's of Engineering) in RV College Of Engineering is as follows :

• INR 170000 (Tution Fees) + INR 36500 (Principal’s fees) = Rs. 205k INR approx per year.
• You must check the official website as well as the fee structure may change without any notice.
• If you have got admission through CET than you have to pay about 40,000 per year. 
• If you are going to get in through COMED-K exam than you will have to pay about 1,40,000 INR.
• You must however keep in mind that these expenses are variable and so you need to keep updated.

Admission Procedure :

• In case of UG programmes, the admission is based on marks scored in Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) and COMEDK UGET.
• The application process for applying for KCET begins in the month of January every year while the application process of COMEDK starts in the month of February. The application fee of KCET exam is INR 650. 

Eligibility Criteria :

• Pass in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. 
• Those willing to apply for these programs should send 10th and 12th final exam mark sheets with the application form.
• Aspirants applying for B.E programs should have 70% marks in 10th in Maths and Science separately and 65% marks in 12th in Maths and Physics separately. 

Selection Criteria :

• 45% seats are filled through KCET, 30% seats are filled based on COMEDK and 25% seats are reserved for Management, all merit based quota.
• KCET exam is for candidates who are domicile of Karnataka for 7 years or more whereas COMEDK exam is for Karnataka and Non Karnataka aspiring candidates for Engineering, Medical and Dental programs.
• The reservation criteria and admission norms are set by the Government of Karnataka.

The candidate must satisy the below eligiblity criteria to apply for KCET Exam.

To fulfil the eligibility criteria of KCET 2019, the candidate should have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of 7 years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as on July 1 of the exam year.

Candidates should have appeared/passed either SSLC/10th standard or 2nd PUC/12th standard exam from Karnataka.

for the UG courses in RV College of engineering Bangalore the admission is based on the exam k-cet with his Karnataka common entrance test. This test schedule on 18th 19th 20th and 27th of the April 2019. So if you need to get into the college you will need a appear for the exam.

The cutoff rank also depends on the branch you are opting for. Here I will give you a branch-wise cut off for RVCE for General Merit students for the year 2018

CSE - 190

ECE - 400

EEE -700

Mech -830

The cut off ranks for the year 2017 were also nearly the same with a difference of barely 20-30 ranks.

The tution fees is fixed for students who get admission through comedk in above mentioned colleges is around 1,50,000 rupees. (if you don't havea domocile) . If you have a domicile then fees will be around 50k-1lakhs.

The development fees vary fro college to college it varies between the 15,000 to 20,000 rupees.

Hostel fees varies between 60,000 to 1,00,000 rupees.
