- Commencement of application process : Last week of February 2019
- Last date to submit application form : Third week of May 2019
- Release of first list of selected candidates based on JEE Main 2019 score : Last week of May 2019
- Fee deposit by candidates of first list & entry in the 'Fee Confirmation Slip' : Last week of May 2019
- Release of second list of selected candidates : Second week of June 2019
- Fee deposit by candidates of second list : Second week of June 2019
- Release of third list of shortlisted candidates : Last week of June 2019
- Fee deposit by candidates of third list & entry in the 'Fee Confirmation Slip' : Third week of 2019
