I have taken admission in St. Xaviers Kolkata. As per 3rd list of DU, I can take admission in Sri Venkateshwar.

To take admission in any college of Delhi University, you have to firstly cancel your admission from the concerned university/college where you have priorly taken admissions. After the cancellation process is complete, your documents will be handed over to you. You may further deposit all the required documents needed to get admission in any of the college affiliated to DU as per the cutoff lists released.

Considering the situation in your case where a stamp has been put, you can contact the concerned admission authorities at St. Xaviers Kolkata and proceed with the cancellation process with them. They will either cancel the stamp or issue an admission cancellation confirmation letter. This will enable you to take admission in Delhi university.
