As you know that, this is the first time AKTU is going to take admission through JEE mains score earlier they take their own exam for the counselling and admission. So no one have the previous record on the basis of which we can tell you the range for the admission in IET Lucknow.
Through UPSEE the mechanical cutoff of IET was around 7-8K and you need to come under the rank of 4K for the CSE for SC candidate, so from here you can estimate that you need some good rank to get into this college, most probable if you come under the rank of 1.5 Lakhs (for the SC candidate only) then there might be chance that you can get the mechanical branch here.

see you may apply for NIOS, i.e national institute for open schooling. NIOS certificate is accepted by most institute in India and for exams like neet/ jee main candidates are eligible to appear from NIOS board. you can take admission in only 12th course and complete the course in 1 year duration.

So if you already have your certificate made of respect to any state than for that particular state you can avail the benefits of your category. Yeah! You can obviously use the central EWS certificate for Maharastra counselling. Now apart from this you should also satisfy the eligibility criteria for the state quota seat i.e., you should be a domicile of the state of maharastra in order to be eligible for the counselling.
To be eligible for NEET you must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2 and you must score at least 50% in your 10+2. For reserved category the marks required are:
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
Also you must be 17 years or more within Dec 31 of the appearing year.
