You have not mentioned your category so it is difficult to say but if I assume that you belong to general category.  Yes you might get admissions in government medical colleges in West Bengal. You can look through state quota then that might increase your chances a bit. Obviously

Hello dear student,

The marks that you have obtained are little less  so even though you  belong from OBC category but there is no chance that you can get admission under 85% state quota government seat . While with this much marks you can still apply under management quota seats

Your marks are too low for getting a private college in mbbs in your category  . You have to score above 450 marks to be on the safer side and get a seat . You can apply for other courses like bams , bhms or physiotherapy.  There are chances
