In order to be able to answer JEE mains, the mandatory subjects in your class 10+2 are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Therefore, if theses were the subjects you have taken in class 12th, you are absolutely eligible to appear for JEE mains. Biology is not required whereas mathematics

since the jee mains official cutoff for this year have not been yet declared, its not possible to assure you about your qualification. but as ar as the expected cutoff of this year are considered your category expected cutoffs are about 78.21 where your percentile is slightly behind.
you got 80 percentile in JEE mains so your expected rank would be around 170000 and the seats in NIT are limited to 30000 so you can and understand that it is not possible to get a seat in NIT at this score.
