Yes you will have to fill two different forms as MBBS and Law are entirely different courses from each other. For admission to MBBS, every year NTA (National Testing Agency) conducts NEET (National Eligibility cum entrance test). Whereas for law you will have to appear for CLAT (Common law admission test). Both the exams have different syllabus and different eligibility criterias.
I hope you have understood the difference between the two.
Now coming to IPU, it conducts its own entrance exam for Law ie IPU CET Law. You will have to appear for it in care you want to take admission in IP University for Law.
