I am an Mbbs graduate and going to join in PG course as i hv no time to pursue LLB in which i am passionate.So,i want an answer whether i can study llb from home because i cant attend classes in my busy life...??

Hello,
Law course done through correspondence or distance learning is not recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI), it is not a valid degree and you won't be able to practice law or become lawyer if done through correspondence.You need to attend classes and maintain minimum attendence.

Hello student,
sorry to say you but you cannot do to the the LLB course at distance mode. Just because as the Indian act the LLB course has many more practical things which you must have to attend. Otherwise you cannot practice law in India. hope this will help you.
