1st time I didn't register in Bihar for mbbs.i want to register in Bihar for mbbs before 2nd counseling. Is it possible on not.?

Hello Subir, as per my knowledge you can not eligible to apply for counseling in second Round directly. If student appeared for 1 St round then only can apply for 2 nd round. So it is not possible for you to apply for 2 nd round.
