In the state of Jammu and Kashmir 100% seats are reserved for the candidates with the Domicile of that state only. Unlike all the other states, Jammu and Kashmir does not have any All India Quota Seats. Considering that you belong to the State Bihar and don't have a domicile of Jammu and Kashmir you cannot take admission in colleges in that State.
