If you can get in through the state quota then 500-550

the cutoff for MBBS in Hindi institute of medical sciences should usually be somewhere above 500 to 550 out of 720 for the unreserved category by the 85% state quota and somewhere between 550 to 580 for the 15% unreserved all India quota seats however it's may also be more than 600 depending on the level of the question paper and the relative performance of the reference candidates as that is not constant every year
