- UPSC : There are 27 posts under this. This is hard to crack this examination.
- SSC-CGL: The governments jobs like CBI, Income Tax departments.
- SSC-CHSL: Lower division clerk, Data Entry operator, postal/sorting Assistant and court clerk.
- IBPS-PO : Probationary Officer Post in all bank except SBI.
- IBPS-Clerk: Clerk post in all the banks except SBI.
- FCI : Jobs in Food Corporation of India.
- Indian Railways : Jobs like, T.T.E. , T.C. , Junior Clerk, Gangman.

You can go for upsc exam, this exam is only for the undergraduates, candidates from 21-32 can attempt this exam. if you qualify you can join as IPS/IRS/IFS etc or you can go for ssc - cgl which will help you to join CBI. You can also choose Indian Railways or ssc-chsl

after completing bsc you can apply for many government jobs,ranging in many domains like defence, banking, civil services, there are plethora of options. if you want to pursue some higher degree for better job opportunities, go for some job oriented courses, like MBA. however, you can also continue academically with post graduation with your favorite subjects and choose Teaching jobs or research.

1.UPSC
There are 27 post offered by the Union public service Commission. This exam is top in the list as it require lot of hard work.
2.SSC-CGL
Here you can secure a post in central government organisation like CBI, Income tax department.
3.SSC-CHSL
four post offered through this exam. Lower division clerk, Data entry operator, postal/sorting Assistant and court clerk.
4.IBPS-PO
Probationary officer post in all the bank except SBI, for SBI you have to write a separate exam SBI-PO.
5.IBPS-Clerk
clerk post in all the bank except SBI. Separate exam for SBI-Clerk.
6.FCI
For graduate different posts are offered by food Corporation of India.
7.Indian Railways
If you have marks above 60% in graduation than you can secure a post like manager and accountants. For Intermediate if marks is above 55% than options are like T.T.E, T.C, Junior clerk, Gang man.
8.ISS
If you are good at statistics and maths than Indian statistical examination conducted by UPSC is for you. Jobs in this sector are highly paid.

You havn specified you want to appear for which government job ,generally in majority of cases exams like UPSC, state PSCs, SSC CGL/CPO, UPSC CDS, Banking exams like Clerk or Probationary Officer for SBI/IBPS, RRB or Insurance Exams for the post of assistant or AAO require only graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with no specific aggregate, only in case of RBI Assistant or NABARD Grade B Officer, you need 50% aggregate , and in RBI Grade B Officer it's mandatory to have 60% in 10th,12th, and graduation.
If we talk about having a career in teaching, you can pursue Masters Degree and BEd which is compulsor or after Masters Degree you may appear for CSIR NET nor SET conducted at state level , if you're interested in having a career in research or teaching at university level you can become Assistant Professor.
