After NEED score got declared, should I apply for both central counselling and state counselling. I am expecting below 300 under OBC state

Well according to the cut off trends etc your selection depends on your domicile now. And the no. of seats available in your state.
And yes you should apply for both state quota and all India quota counselling but chances are high with state quota only as you may not get a seat under all india quota with that score.
