I am from maharashtra state. Can I apply for both state quota and Institutional / NRI in maharashtra state counselling. Or should I apply for only state quota in neet ug 2020 counselling ?

As you come under the domicile of Maharashtra you will not be eligible for applying in a NRI quota . You will be eligible to apply through the state quota . You may also apply for AIQ(All India Quota) , if you have desired rank , you may get a seat in any government college through it.
