Hello candidate,
All India quota refers to no specific reservation of candidates for state funded colleges as well as other institutes. According to the all India open quota the candidates get admission on the basis of marks obtained in all India results. mop up round refers to the last process of counselling rounds where the students have a final chart in order to get any specific college where the seats are remained on field after completing all the compulsory counselling rounds.
