Yes you are eligible to apply for JEE exam as according to the eligibility criteria either you have to score 75 percentage in your class 12th boards or you should be in top 20 percentile of your board if a candidate fullfill any one of the caondition its more than sufficient .

The candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For SC/ST category, a minimum of 65% marks required.
