IPU will release its cutoff marks in mid June or in last June then after its counciling will start and list of the college according to marks will release .

Counselling of IPu law program may start from 18th june then while giving preference you can see all colleges. after a week of counselling IPU will start releasing its cutoff. total 3 rounds would be taken.
