ACPC is a commitee formed by government of gujrat to regulate the admission process in technical education like b.tech,pharmacy, mba, mca, etc. You should do ACPC registration and apply for counseling. Pay their fees online and fill the form. And keep the ACPC booklet with you because it will help you at the time of counseling.
