Dear leaner,
Yes they do ,the Delhi University is having 5% to 10% reservation among five to seventh section,
The total number seats are reserved for widows/ children of men and officers of Indian armed forces.
Which includes parliamentary force'and disabled or killed on action while on duty.
The procedure takes that 5% of seats are for quota course wise and college wise .
And then verification of documents done after that issue of provision
Admission is given by college itself .

according to guidelines of government they divided ex service candidates list under groups
Priority - I : Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel Killed in Action.
Priority- II : Wards of disabled in action and boarded out from service.
Priority-III : Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel who died while in service with death attributable to military service.
every student who is eligible will get a seat ,even though you belongs to prioritise 3rd ,they just made group for better understanding and clear the mess .
