as i get 33 marks in math,so i didn't select math in my best of 4 sub(Eng,eco,acc,Bst).Did i eligible for Bcom subject in DU (not Bcom hons)

You definitely can go for B.Com without including Mathematics in your Best four aggregate percentage. The subjects you have choosen in Best four is as per the Delhi university rules and you won't face any problem.
