As this NISER offers only Msc degree related courses.. So is there any sought of problems that i face in future for not choosing btech cse from any nit or iit and doing this Msc from niser... Plz tell me.. I'm very confused

See if you are seeking admission in M.Sc course offered by NISER then there is no any kind of compulsion that only the candidates completed their B.Tech from NITs/IITs are eligible but all those candidates who complete their graduation with any of the college are eligible. So you are not going to face any problem during your M.Sc course in NISER, provide that you must have completed your graduation from the recognized institution not necessarily from any NITs/IIITs/IITs.

Now if you are seeking admission to 5-year Integrated M.Sc program offered by NISER then you should appear for NEST 2021 because admission to this particular course is on the entrance basis and yo appear for NEST you need to satisfy it's eligibility criteria which goes like this :-
>> The candidate should have secured minimum aggregate of 60% marks in class 12th if he/she belongs to General category otherwise it is 55%.
