At 570 marks can i get mbbs seat

Hey dear, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks found it hard to get a govt. Mbbs seat. So with this marks your rank will range between 16000 to 18000, therefore you have chances under state quota colleges for sure. At 570 marks you can get a government MBBS seat but only if you are from Reserved category for general category you need to have more than 600+ but eventhough general category too have slight chances of getting MBBS seat at 570 . As you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Bihar according to your profile and category as general.

See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you will get MBBS seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But if we go through previous years NEET cut-off trends in Bihar then there are good chances for you to get MBBS seat in some of the colleges under Home state quota, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 420 for Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani under Home State quota for General category.
