As per the GATE 2018 cutoff date, you will have to score between 621-536 to be in contention for an M.Tech seat at IIT Kharagpur in your category (SC).

Also, remember that the cutoff depends on factors like number of applications received for admission and availble seats. Since these factors are variables, the cutoff may also vary from year to year.
